“It has been a great joy that Alex has captured the most important moments of our lives. The first time we worked together was for our wedding in Kefalonia, and then followed the two baptisms of our kids, as well as portrait sessions of them when they were babies.
Our wedding was truly an emotional roller coaster. The three days we spent in Kefalonia were emotionally intense, had numerous mood swings, which followed mainly by the ups and downs of the weather. During that specific weekend of September, scattered showers and storms were the main theme all over Greece, and it was something we did not manage to avoid on our wedding day, but without spoiling our fun at all. Although there was a lot of tension and many surprises, things that did not allow us to always be in the best mood for photos, Alex managed to capture the story in a unique way. He captured the emotions and the atmosphere as it really was, without "beautifying" them and without any setting up. After all, these are the most important elements of those days, the ones we want to remember. We knew from day one that we were all in for natural photos, without special poses, and in the end the result was exactly what we expected, and even better. Now, every time we look at the pictures, we "travel" through them to those unique moments of our wedding day.
He was not only our wedding photographer, he had also become our friend, we felt comfortable, and relaxed. After all, he has his own unique, discreet way of moving around while he works, and that makes everyone happy.
Fortunately, Alex encouraged us to let him take photos of us during the time we spent together on the island (before and after the wedding), and while being more carefree and relaxed, the result was incredible. Each photo is a work of art. Most of the photos have a unique artistic perspective, where the landscapes and colors that frame us are fantastic!! If only we could frame them all!!
Alex, we only have kind words to say about you and your work!! Thank you for everything and we hope for more!!”
